How Acquire UK handles personal information.

Acquire UK is operated by Technophobia Communications Ltd, trading as Acquire UK. We collect information you provide when creating an account, making a purchase, setting alerts, saving opportunities or contacting us, together with limited technical and usage information needed to operate and secure the service. We use it to provide requested services, process and document purchases, send service messages and chosen alerts, prevent misuse, support customers and meet legal and accounting obligations. PayPal processes payment details and Resend delivers transactional email; Acquire UK does not store full card details. We retain information only for as long as needed for these purposes and applicable legal obligations. You may ask for access, correction or deletion where the law permits, or object to certain processing, by contacting contact@acquire-uk.co.uk. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner. Essential cookies are used for secure sessions; we do not ask you to submit sensitive personal information through ordinary forms.
